Spring Hill Drainage Projects

Background
The City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, is issuing an Invitation to Bid for the Spring Hill Drainage Projects. The goal of this contract is to improve drainage systems in specific areas of the city, enhancing water management and infrastructure integrity.

Work Details
The project consists of drainage improvements on Augusta Trace, Buckner Place, Douglas Lane, and Tweed Place. The work includes: demolition, erosion control, curb replacement, storm structure modifications, installation of new stormwater pipes, structures and headwalls, grading, cleanup, asphalt paving, traffic control, and all incidental work necessary for a complete and operable project.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed following the bid opening on June 3rd, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted in various locations within the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Bidder Requirements
All bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee. Bids must include specific information on the contractor's license number and classification. Bidders must also comply with the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 and adhere to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. A bid security deposit of five percent (5%) is required along with a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each amounting to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
