Background
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, operating as Nashville Electric Service (NES), is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB: Z2527) for the procurement of single-phase pad-mounted transformers. The goal of this contract is to acquire transformers that meet specific electrical and mechanical requirements for outdoor service, ensuring compliance with industry standards and efficiency ratings.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of the following items:
1. **Single Phase Pad-Mounted Feed Thru Transformers**:
- **Item Number 1**: 10 units of 50KVA, 13.800/23,900Y volts, dead front transformer (NES Stock Number: 927324000).
- **Item Number 2**: 10 units of 75KVA, 13.800/23,900Y volts, dead front transformer (NES Stock Number: 927326000).
- **Item Number 3**: 10 units of 100KVA, 13.800/23,900Y volts, dead front transformer (NES Stock Number: 927328000).
- **Item Number 4**: 10 units of 167KVA, 13.800/23,900Y volts, dead front transformer (NES Stock Number: 927334000).
- **Item Number 5**: 4 units of 250KVA, 13.800/23,900Y volts, dead front transformer (NES Stock Number: 927340000).

All transformers must comply with the latest version of NES specification ET-561 and be constructed using current industry practices to achieve standard DOE efficiency ratings. Identification tags must be provided in accordance with Uticom part number U4060-NES1.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to conclude with the delivery of all transformers by September 3, 2025.

Place of Performance
Transformers will be delivered to Nashville Electric Service at their procurement section located at Room 305, 1214 Church St., Nashville TN 37246.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure compliance with NES specifications ET-561 and provide proof of prequalification as a manufacturer. All transformers must meet specified electrical characteristics and construction standards as outlined in the solicitation documents.
