Sealing and Striping of Parking Lot

Background
The Maury County Public Schools (MCPS), in conjunction with the Maury County Purchasing Department, is soliciting bids for the sealing and striping of parking lots at various schools. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the parking lots are properly maintained and safe for use by students, staff, and visitors. This project aims to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of school facilities.

Work Details
The project includes the following tasks:

1. Sealing of cracks in existing asphalt pavement using 'Hot Rubber'.
2. Application of a sand-based sealer on parking lot areas.
3. Striping of all affected areas according to existing patterns.

- Baker Elementary
- Brown Elementary School
- Central Office
- College Hill (H.O. Porter)
- Columbia Central High
- Cox Middle School
- Culleoka Unit School
- Hampshire Unit School
- Highland Park Elementary
- Howell Elementary
- Mt. Pleasant Elementary
- Mt. Pleasant High
- Riverside Elementary
- Santa Fe Unit School
- Spring Hill Middle
- Woodard Elementary
- Whitthorne Middle.

The contractor will also be responsible for temporarily relocating non-attached structures during the work.

Period of Performance
The work must be performed between May 23, 2025, and July 19, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various schools throughout the Maury County Public School system located in Columbia, Tennessee.
