RFQ - Temporary Mobile Kitchen - East Stadium

Background
Tennessee Technological University is seeking quotations for a temporary mobile commercial kitchen solution to support stadium operations. The goal of this contract is to provide a fully functional kitchen unit that can be leased or purchased, depending on the evaluation of vendor responses.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide a mobile kitchen unit (trailer-based or modular) that includes delivery, installation, and operational readiness. Required equipment includes:
- Single-door dish machine
- 3-compartment sink
- Mop sink
- Prep/produce table with sink
- Double fryer
- 36” char grill
- 36” flat top
- 30-gallon tilt skillet
- Double stack oven
- Double stack combi oven
- Walk-in cooler/freezer (8’ x 20’) - Qty: 3
- Dry storage unit (8’ x 20’) - Qty: 1
- Mobile trailer or modular structure to house all equipment.

For lease/rental proposals, vendors must include delivery and setup, preventative maintenance and repairs, equipment replacement if needed, and removal at the end of the term. For purchase proposals, vendors must include delivery and installation along with warranty details and optional service agreements.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to start on August 1, 2026, and is estimated to end on July 31, 2029. For lease/rental options, it will be structured as a year-to-year term with up to four renewals.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Tennessee Technological University located in Cookeville, TN.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered as a vendor with Tennessee Tech. They are required to submit pricing for both lease/rental and purchase options. Vendors must also provide technical responses including descriptions of the proposed kitchen layout and compliance with health and safety codes.
