RFP Medicare- Eligible Retiree Healthcare Plan Administration

The City of Chattanooga, Tennessee is requesting proposals to provide access to Medicare plans for its Medicare eligible retirees. The effective date of the new arrangement will be January 1, 2026. The contract for the Medicare eligible retiree solution will be for three years (3) with the option of two (2) one (1) year renewals. The purpose of this RFP is to find a solution that a) provides choices to the City's Medicare eligible retirees that are eligible for lifetime coverage, b) reduces the City's retiree liabilities and c) reduces the administrative requirements for the City staff.
