Rfp 25-15, Hcs Custodial Services

Background
Hamilton County Schools (HCS) is seeking custodial services for all its facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all HCS locations are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, supporting the educational environment and the health of students and staff.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning and custodial services across all HCS facilities. This includes but is not limited to:

- Daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas;
- Periodic deep cleaning;
- Floor maintenance including waxing and buffing;
- Window cleaning;
- Trash removal;
- Ensuring that all cleaning supplies meet safety standards.

Vendors must provide service pricing for all identified locations through Exhibit C – Custodial Pricing Workbook. Additionally, a Performance Bond meeting HCS requirements must be provided prior to the commencement of services.

Period of Performance
The contract period will last for four (4) years starting from June 1, 2025, with the possibility of two (2) one-year renewals based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various Hamilton County Schools facilities located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
