Background
The Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is seeking to establish a supply/service agreement for the provision of multi-functional devices and printer maintenance.
The goal is to ensure uninterrupted service to KUB customers by supplying Ricoh printers, compatible consumables, and maintenance for both current and future machines.
Vendors must be Ricoh certified and able to meet specific service requirements.
Work Details
The vendor will provide the following:
1. Supply Ricoh printers and compatible consumables including toner, PCUs, staples, waste toner bottles, etc., for KUB's existing fleet of 77+ machines as listed in 'Attachment A'.
2. Maintenance services for all current and future machines to prevent any lapse in service.
3. Guarantee a response time of 4 hours or less for service calls.
4. The ability to add or subtract serviceable machines as they become obsolete.
5. Only new factory sealed equipment with a full warranty from the manufacturer will be accepted; refurbished or used products are not allowed unless specified as exceptions.
Period of Performance
The contract will be for a term of 3 years with an option for two additional one-year renewals.

Services will be performed at various locations specified in 'Attachment A', which includes multiple addresses in Knoxville.
