Morgan County Correctional Complex Lift Repair

Background
The Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) is issuing a solicitation for a five-year contract focused on maintenance and repairs to the wastewater equipment at the Morgan County Correctional Complex (MCCX).
This initiative aims to ensure the proper functioning of essential wastewater systems within the correctional facility, thereby supporting the agency's mission to maintain safe and secure environments.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:
1. Annual Inspection of Motor/Pump at Lift Station - Quantity: 5
2. Quarterly Inspection of Motor Pump - Quantity: 20
3. Regular Time Motor/Pump Repair by Technician - Quantity: 2300
- Regular time defined as Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, excluding state holidays. Labor rates apply only when technician is on-site.
4. Premium Time Motor/Pump Repair by Technician - Quantity: 80
- Premium time defined as Monday through Friday, 2:31 PM to 6:29 AM, and all hours on state holidays and weekends.
5. Trip Charge for Motor/Pump Repair - Quantity: 40
- Applicable for service calls and emergencies, excluding annual inspections.
6. Crane Rental for Motor/Pump Repair - Quantity: 5
- Allowed for repairs outside normal inspections; costs should be included in inspection pricing.
7. Parts required for repairs - Quantity: 1 Lot.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 7, 2025, and conclude on April 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the Morgan County Correctional Complex located at 500 Flat Fork Road, Wartburg, TN 37887, United States.
