Math Implementation Network (FY2025)
Background
The State of Tennessee, Department of Education, issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure necessary goods or services aimed at supporting strong implementation practices for mathematics High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) in districts.
The goal is to enhance professional learning for teachers and leaders through various educational resources and activities.
The selected contractor will serve as the Mathematics Implementation Network Support Provider across CORE regions in Tennessee.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
- Virtual Learning Sessions for school and district leaders in each CORE region.
- In-Person Regional Convenings for instructional leaders.
- Asynchronous Learning Modules for teachers and leaders focused on mathematics instruction and the Instructional Practice Guide (IPG).
- Alignment of resources specifically targeting Disadvantaged Students, English Learners, and Students with Disabilities.
The estimated maximum liability for this contract is $3,000,000 over an initial term of three years.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years, with sustainability being a focus during the second and third years.

Place of Performance
The services will be provided across various CORE regions within the State of Tennessee.
