Maintenance, Repair, and Operating (MRO) Equipment, Supplies, Parts, and Materia

Background
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, through its Department of General Services (DGS), is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide Maintenance, Repair, and Operating (MRO) Equipment, Supplies, Parts, and Materials.

The goal of this solicitation is to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that will support the daily maintenance and operations for all Metro Departments. The contract aims to improve efficiencies, lower supply chain costs, provide energy savings, and promote green initiatives.

Work Details
The awarded contracts will cover a comprehensive line of MRO equipment, supplies, parts, and materials across various categories including:

1. Abrasives, Adhesives, Sealants and Tape
2. Cleaning Products, Chemicals and Paints
3. Cutting and Machining
4. Electrical Products and Supplies
5. Fasteners and Fastening Systems
6. Fluid Power, Pneumatic and Hydraulics
7. Hand and Power Tools
8. Lubricants
9. Material Handling
10. Safety Products and Supplies
11. Storage Equipment and Supplies
12. Welding Alloys and Accessories
13. Outdoor Equipment and Supplies
14. HVAC and Refrigeration
15. Security
16. Test Instruments
17. Plumbing
18. Furniture, Hospitality and Food Services
19. Lab Supplies
20. Electronics, Appliances and Batteries
21. Power Transmission
22. Compressors.

All products must be new, conform to industry standards, include necessary accessories for operation upon delivery, be available for inspection prior to procurement, and come with a safety manual.

Period of Performance
The contract will be established for a period of five (5) years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various Metro site locations in Nashville, TN.
