Maintenance, Repair, and Operating (MRO) Equipment, Supplies, Parts, and Materia

Background
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, through its Department of General Services (DGS), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Maintenance, Repair, and Operating (MRO) Equipment, Supplies, Parts, and Materials.
The goal of this solicitation is to establish a multi-year contract that will enhance operational efficiencies and support Metro's maintenance needs across various departments.

Work Details
The contract will cover a comprehensive range of MRO products and services including but not limited to:
- Abrasives, Adhesives, Sealants, and Tape
- Cleaning Products, Chemicals, and Paints
- Cutting and Machining Tools
- Electrical Products and Supplies
- Fasteners and Fastening Systems
- Fluid Power, Pneumatic and Hydraulics
- Hand and Power Tools
- Lubricants
- Material Handling Equipment
- Safety Products and Supplies
- Storage Equipment and Supplies
- Welding Alloys and Accessories
- Outdoor Equipment and Supplies
- HVAC and Refrigeration Components
- Security Products
- Test Instruments.

Additionally, the contractor must ensure that all products are new, unused, conform to industry standards, include necessary accessories for operation upon delivery, and provide warranties as specified. The contractor may also be required to source items not manufactured or distributed by them.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a period of five (5) years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various Metro site locations in Nashville, TN.
