LPRF Enhancements - Walnut St. State Park & Fischer Park at Port Royal

Background
The City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, is issuing a solicitation for enhancements to the Walnut St. Skate Park and Fischer Park at Port Royal. This project is funded through the Local Parks and Recreation Fund (LPRF) grant, aimed at improving recreational facilities in the area. The enhancements are intended to provide better access and facilities for community use, including ADA compliance.

Work Details
The project includes the following enhancements:

1. **Walnut St. Skate Park Enhancements**:
- Construction of four (4) pickleball courts
- Improvements to ADA parking
- Construction of restroom facilities

2. **Fischer Park at Port Royal Enhancements**:
- Construction of a small ADA mobility track with cornhole facilities
- Installation of lighting and irrigation systems
- Field restoration work

Period of Performance
The work is expected to commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and must be completed by August 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The enhancements will take place at Walnut St. Skate Park and Fischer Park located in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
