Background
The City of Johnson City, Tennessee, is seeking quotes for the procurement of Christmas trees as part of its seasonal decorations. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality trees that meet specific grading standards for use in public spaces during the holiday season.

Work Details
The contractor will supply 90 Christmas trees, each between 10 to 12 feet in height, without root balls attached. The trees must meet 'U.S. Premium' grade requirements as per the United States Standards for Grades of Christmas Trees. Specific characteristics include: fresh, clean, healthy, well-shaped, butt trimmed, normal taper, and heavy density.

The handle length should be between 12 to 14 inches. Delivery is required on November 17 and 18, 2025, to designated parks in Johnson City. The contractor must allow for inspections by the City at specified intervals before and after delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract period spans from the award date until the completion of delivery on November 18, 2025.
