Background
The City of Bristol, Tennessee is soliciting bids for the procurement of water and sewer materials and supplies. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of necessary materials for the city's water and sewer infrastructure, supporting the city's mission to provide essential services to its residents.

The contract includes the provision of various water and sewer supplies categorized into groups:

- Group A – Repair Clamps
- Group B – Mechanical Joint Fittings
- Group C – Copper Tubing
- Group D – Ductile Iron Pipe
- Group E – PVC Pipe
- Group F – Sewer Fittings and Couplings
- Group G – Brass Fittings
- Group H – Fire Hydrants
- Group I – Water Valves
- Group J – Water Meters and Strainers
- Group K – Tapping Sleeves and Saddles
- Group L – Meter Boxes and Valve Boxes
- Group M – Sewer Castings.

Vendors must bid on all items within a group to be considered responsive. The quantities listed are estimates for a twelve-month period, with the city reserving the right to adjust orders as needed. Vendors are required to maintain a 20% inventory of stated quantities for immediate shipment.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a signed Cost Bid Sheet along with other required documents. They must also comply with insurance requirements including Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence), Automobile Liability ($1 million per occurrence), and Workers' Compensation at statutory limits. Additionally, bidders must certify compliance with non-discrimination laws and confirm they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel.
