Background
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is seeking to enter into a five-year contract for Information Technology Services Temporary Staffing Services.
The goal of this contract is to provide qualified temporary personnel services in the IT sector on an as-needed basis. This initiative aims to enhance Metro's operational capabilities by ensuring access to skilled IT professionals.

Work Details
The contractor will provide temporary IT personnel services, including but not limited to: recruiting, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various IT roles as requested by Metro.
The contractor must demonstrate their ability to fill positions quickly and efficiently, manage risks associated with staffing, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Specific requirements include conducting background checks, drug screenings, and providing necessary training for candidates prior to placement.
Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for prioritizing Metro's requests over other clients' needs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a period of five years from the date of award, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase amounts; services will be provided on an as-needed basis.
