Work Details
The contract involves HVAC renovations at Sylvan Park Elementary School. Contractors are required to refer to Attachment A for detailed drawings and Attachment B for project specifications.

The scope includes the complete replacement of existing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Contractors must submit a Bid Form, Bid Bond, Power of Attorney, Performance Bond (to be submitted after award), Payment Bond (to be submitted after award), Drug Free Workplace Affidavit, and Ethical Standards Affidavit as part of their bid response.

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a timeframe that aligns with the school calendar and operational needs.

Bidders must also certify compliance with various federal and state laws including the Iran Divestment Act and Non-Boycott of Israel Certification.
