Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing HVAC renovations at Sylvan Park Elementary School. Detailed specifications and drawings can be found in Attachment A (Drawings) and Attachment B (Project Manual). The contractor must submit several required forms including a Bid Form, Bid Bond, Power of Attorney, Performance Bond (to be submitted after award), Payment Bond (to be submitted after award), Drug Free Workplace Affidavit, and Ethical Standards Affidavit.
The total project bid should include both base costs and contingencies as outlined in Attachment C - Bid Form.
