Highway - Annual - FY27 - Culverts

Background
Maury County Government is soliciting bids for the procurement of Galvanized Culverts and Plastic Double Wall Reinforced Pipe and Bands to be utilized by the Maury County Highway Department at various locations. The Highway Department is responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining roads and bridges throughout Maury County. The goal of this contract is to secure firm pricing for these materials for a one-year period, commencing on July 1, 2026, and continuing through June 30, 2027.

Work Details
The contract includes the supply of the following items:
1. Galvanized Culverts in various sizes including but not limited to:
- 12” - 16 Gauge
- 15” – 16 Gauge
- 18” – 16 Gauge
- 21” – 16 Gauge
- 24” – 16 Gauge
- Additional sizes up to 72” as specified in the bid form.
2. Plastic Double Wall Reinforced Pipe & Bands in sizes including but not limited to:
- 15” to 84” sections as specified in the bid form.
All offerings must meet or exceed the detailed requirements set forth in the attached minimum specifications, drawings, and plans. Bidders are required to submit their bids on the provided Bid Form with all applicable charges included.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations within Maury County, Tennessee.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a valid business license and comply with TCA regulations regarding employment of illegal aliens. Additionally, successful bidders must provide a Certificate of Insurance covering Workmen’s Compensation and Public Liability Insurance with specified limits before commencing work. Bids must be submitted using the provided Bid Form and signed by an authorized representative.
