Background
The City of Gallatin, Tennessee, is seeking qualified vendors to provide a high-quality professional fireworks display for the annual July 4th celebration. The goal of this contract is to ensure a vibrant and safe fireworks show that aligns with the city's mission to celebrate Independence Day with the community.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, pyrotechnic materials, supplies, tools, delivery, permits, labor, and supervision required to electronically perform the fireworks display.

The display will take place on July 4, 2025, at Triple Creek Park in Gallatin, TN. The fireworks show is expected to last between 22 to 24 minutes and must include a variety of pyrotechnics with shell sizes ranging from 2.5 inches up to a maximum of 6 inches.

The vendor must submit a detailed list of the minimum number and size of shells included in the performance as well as any additional materials or effects. A budget of $25,000 has been allocated for this event. The vendor must also comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding fireworks displays.

Period of Performance
The contract term is for one fireworks display on July 4, 2025, with an option for the City to extend the contract for additional displays on July 4th for the years 2026 through 2029.

Place of Performance
The fireworks display will be conducted at Triple Creek Park located at 1333 Touchdown Drive, Gallatin, TN 37066.
