Evaporator System for Williamson County Landfill

Background
Williamson County is accepting bids for a complete land-based evaporator system with a skid-based pump capable of operating with landfill leachate.
The goal of this contract is to facilitate the evaporation of 15,000 gallons of leachate per day at the Williamson County Landfill, located at 5750 Pinewood Road, Franklin, TN 37064.
This initiative aligns with the county's mission to manage waste effectively and sustainably.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a complete land-based evaporator system including:
- A skid-based pump designed for landfill leachate operation.
- The evaporator system must be capable of evaporating 15,000 gallons of leachate per day.
- The system will be installed on the top deck of a closed, 6-acre solid waste mound known as the 'bioreactor'.
- Leachate will be supplied via two 5000-gallon tanks located upgradient to the evaporator unit.
- The equipment includes a Slimline Manufacturing HD30 Land-Based EcoMister Evaporator with a vertical multistage centrifugal pump and PLC-based automation.
- The evaporator unit must feature wind speed controls, programmable operation capabilities, and a control panel for monitoring and managing operations.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon receipt of a fully executed contract and is expected to achieve final completion within an agreed timeframe following the start date.
