Background
The Procurement Division of Knox County, Tennessee is seeking bids for Diesel Engine Repair Services. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality repair services for diesel engines used by various departments within Knox County. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive diesel engine repair services, which may include but are not limited to: diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and parts replacement for diesel engines. The contractor must ensure that all services meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation and adhere to industry standards.

The successful vendor will also be required to set up separate accounts for the Knox County Fleet Service Center and any other departments utilizing this contract. Invoicing must be detailed and include specific information such as service dates, vehicle details, and unit prices as stated in the contract.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be one year, with the possibility of extending it for up to four additional years based on mutual agreement between Knox County and the vendor.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at the Knox County Fleet Service Center located at 205 West Baxter Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37917.
