Background
Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking strategic partners to supply essential components and services for their Computer Repair Parts project. The goal of this initiative is to enhance the technological capabilities of the county by focusing on hardware components, thereby optimizing MNPS's technological infrastructure for seamless operations and efficient repairs.

Work Details
The contract involves supplying various computer parts for Dell Latitude models, including but not limited to:
- Dell Latitude 3120 Replacement Parts: AC adapters, batteries, LCD video cables, audio boards, palmrests with keyboards, motherboards, and more.
- Dell Latitude 3140 Replacement Parts: Similar components as above with specific part numbers.
- Dell Latitude 3420 Replacement Parts: Includes AC adapters, LCD cables, I/O boards, hard drive cables, batteries, and more.
- Dell Latitude 5410 Replacement Parts: Components such as AC adapters, batteries, keyboards, SSDs, and cameras.
- Dell Latitude 5420 Replacement Parts: Various parts including AC adapters, batteries, junction circuit boards, and LCD connectors.
- Dell Latitude 5430 Replacement Parts: Includes AC adapters, batteries, palmrests without keyboards or touchpads, and other essential components.
Additionally, non-model-specific parts like CMOS batteries for various Dell laptops may also be requested as newer models emerge.

Period of Performance
