Operate a retail presence in a high-visibility area in Chattanooga's tourist district Provide in-house screen printing or heat transfer to fulfill orders on-site, on-demand. Provide drop-ship services for any quantity of apparel or promotional items. Provide a competitive revenue share percentage back to the city. Work with the city's director of design on a plan to stock and sell a variety of the highest-volume items Work with the city's design director to ensure that the highest quality items are provided to the public. Work with the city's design director on a marketing plan to promote the sale of these items. Provide the city's design director with a monthly itemized sales report of city-branded merchandise.
