Background
Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking suppliers to provide Benefit Consulting Services as part of a strategic initiative to optimize employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and wellness programs.
The goal is to enhance the employee experience and support organizational success by attracting and retaining top talent.

Work Details
The contractor will provide benefit consulting services specifically for certificated employees and retirees of MNPS.
Services will be requested on an as-needed basis through Purchase Orders.
The contractor must have all necessary licenses and qualifications to perform under this contract.
Deliveries must be made according to MNPS's Purchase Orders, with no minimum guarantee of goods or services.
The contractor is expected to assist with contract reviews, financial validations, utilization performance reviews, renegotiation strategies, and market checks for current direct-to-provider arrangements.
Additionally, the contractor will support MNPS in addressing known pain points such as claims trends and pharmacy costs.

Period of Performance
The contract term will begin upon execution and can last up to five years, with potential extensions subject to approval.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at MNPS locations in Nashville, TN.

Bidder Requirements
The contractor must maintain various insurance coverages including General Liability Insurance ($1 million), Automobile Liability Insurance ($1 million), Professional Liability Insurance ($1 million), and Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by Tennessee law.
The contractor must also comply with MNPS's travel procedures for any travel-related expenses incurred during service provision.
