Armed Security Guards - Military

Background
The State of Tennessee is issuing a solicitation for a three-year contract to provide armed security guard services for the Tennessee Air National Guard. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the safety and security of military facilities and personnel at designated locations, including Berry Field Air National Guard Base in Nashville and McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base in Knoxville.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

1. Armed site manager services at Berry Field Air National Guard Base, 240 Knapp Blvd, Nashville, TN:
- Year 1: 504 hours
- Year 2: 504 hours
- Year 3: 504 hours

2. Armed security guard services at Berry Field Air National Guard Base:
- Year 1: 5995 hours
- Year 2: 5995 hours
- Year 3: 5995 hours

3. Armed site manager services at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, 134 Brisco Drive, Knoxville, TN:
- Year 1: 719 hours
- Year 2: 719 hours
- Year 3: 728 hours

4. Armed security guard services at Memphis Air National Guard Base, 4593 Swinnea Road, Memphis, TN:
- Year 1: 4812 hours
- Year 2: 4812 hours
- Year 3: 4812 hours

5. Vehicles (Four Door Sedan or SUV) for each base as specified for each year.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 21, 2025, and will continue for three years until August 18, 2028.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the following locations in Tennessee:
- Berry Field Air National Guard Base, Nashville
- McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Knoxville
- Memphis Air National Guard Base, Memphis

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess valid State of Tennessee certificates and licenses required for security guard operations as per TCA §62-35-101. Additionally, bidders must provide documentation confirming registration with the Department of Revenue for sales and use tax.
Bidders are also required to comply with the Iran Divestment Act and confirm that they are not debarred or suspended from federal or state contracts.
