State Workforce Development

The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation is seeking a contractor, who is not a workforce partner in SD, to coordinate efforts with DLR leadership, partner agencies, and a research consultant establishing a SD workforce and economic report with a goal to establish a strategic plan for workforce development in SD. The contractor will facilitate stakeholder input events and develop a 2028 2032 state workforce development plan.The successful candidate should have knowledge of South Dakota business and industry, labor sources, and workforce programs such as the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Perkins V funding, Registered Apprenticeships, and more.Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements.
