Sourcewell Managed Workforce & Staff Augmentation Solutions

Background
Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is seeking proposals for IT Managed Workforce and Staff Augmentation Solutions. This initiative aims to create a procurement solution for its Participating Entities, which include thousands of governmental, educational, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies across the United States and Canada. The goal is to facilitate cooperative purchasing solutions that enhance administrative efficiencies and leverage combined purchasing volume for cost savings.

Work Details
The contract will encompass two primary areas: IT Managed Workforce Solutions and IT Staff Augmentation Services. Proposers may submit solutions in one or both categories.

For IT Managed Workforce Solutions, the expected services include:
- Coordination and oversight of multiple staffing suppliers to meet IT talent needs.
- Management of supplier performance, compliance, and contractual obligations.
- Administration of workforce processes.
- Support for strategic IT workforce planning.
- Provision of tools for managing statement of work engagements with staffing suppliers.

For IT Staff Augmentation Services, the focus will be on delivering IT professionals on a temporary, project-based, long-term, or direct-hire basis across various IT roles. Proposers are encouraged to include complementary offerings related to these services.

Period of Performance
The term of any resulting master agreement(s) will be four years with an option for up to three additional one-year extensions based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be provided to Participating Entities located throughout the United States and Canada.
