Work Details

2. Supporting implementation of the Apprenticeship Experience model in public secondary schools.
3. Identifying and onboarding employers aligned with priority industries.
4. Developing partnerships that support student placements across targeted career clusters.
5. Assisting with worksite readiness and student onboarding processes.
6. Identifying curriculum gaps by comparing employer skill needs with current school offerings.
7. Creating tools and materials to support school implementation, including MOUs and mentor guides.
8. Leading application processes for selecting schools for participation.
9. Collecting data and preparing quarterly reports summarizing progress and outcomes.
Period of Performance
The contract will begin on July 17, 2026, for a one-year term, with potential annual renewals for up to three years, concluding on July 1, 2029.
Place of Performance
The contract will be performed throughout South Dakota, focusing on public high schools statewide.
