The City of Columbia, SC is seeking bids for the construction of the Williams Street Connector project. Bids must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. Participation in the Mentor Protégé Program (MPP) is required; bidders must identify an approved MPP team prior to closing. The City encourages participation from Local Business Enterprises (LBE), Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE).
