Background
The University of South Carolina (USC) is seeking contractors to provide as-needed Large Boiler High Pressure Utility System Contracting Services. This contract aims to support the university's operational needs within the state of South Carolina, ensuring the availability and maintenance of high-pressure boiler systems critical for utility services.

Work Details
Contractors will provide Large Boiler High Pressure Utility System Contracting Services as needed. Proposals must demonstrate that the contractor possesses a valid South Carolina Contracting license with HT classification at the time of submission and throughout the contract duration. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, ensuring timely support for the university's utility systems.

Period of Performance
The contract period is set for 3 years, with two optional 1-year extensions available, allowing for a maximum total duration of 5 years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the University of South Carolina's Columbia campus located in Columbia, SC.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must possess a valid South Carolina Contracting license with HT classification at the time of proposal submission and throughout the life of the contract. Additionally, contractors are required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for each Task Order, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
