Synthetic Turf Installation - Wade Hampton High School

The work required under this contract involves the replacement of the existing natural grass field at Wade Hampton High School with synthetic turf. This includes the removal of the current natural grass and organic soil, installation of a free-draining stone base with drainage, placement of new trench drains on each sideline where applicable, installation of chain link fencing, new field goal posts, soccer goals, and synthetic turf featuring school logos and colors. This solicitation is issued by The School District of Greenville County. The contract is intended to provide Greenville County Schools students with an upgraded athletic field, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation. District staff will coordinate with each school regarding specific requests after the award notice has been issued. Contract requirements include the complete removal of the existing natural grass and organic soil, installation of a free-draining stone base with appropriate drainage, trench drains on each sideline (where applicable), chain link fencing, new field goal posts, soccer goals, and synthetic turf that incorporates the school's logos and colors. Bids must be submitted as sealed bids and are due no later than Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
