Background
The State of South Carolina is issuing a solicitation for STC Marketing Services under a Statewide Term Contract.
The purpose of this contract is to establish multiple categories of marketing services positions for various governmental units.
This initiative aims to enhance the marketing capabilities of these units while ensuring compliance with state procurement regulations.

Work Details
The contract will cover fixed-price bids for marketing services, limited to single projects with a maximum value of $250,000.00 per project.
The services include but are not limited to strategic marketing planning, digital marketing, public relations, and advertising services tailored to the needs of the Using Governmental Units.
Vendors may be added to the schedule during the contract period as specified in Section VI, Award Criteria.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is from December 21, 2025, to December 20, 2028.
The initial term is one year with two optional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed statewide across South Carolina as required by various governmental units utilizing the contract.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid state vendor number to submit an offer and comply with all applicable provisions of the Drug-free Workplace Act.
Additionally, bidders are encouraged to subcontract with socially and economically disadvantaged small businesses to qualify for tax credits as outlined in Section 12-6-3350.
