Stc Disaster Recovery Hosting Services

Background
The South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority’s Division of Procurement Services is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to establish a statewide term contract for outsourced disaster recovery (DR) hosting services. This initiative is in response to the 2024-2025 Appropriations Act, which mandates over 80 state government agencies to utilize the South Carolina Department of Administration’s Division of Technology Operations (DTO) disaster recovery shared services. The goal is to ensure that these agencies consume services through DTO’s offerings, thereby enhancing operational resilience and efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will provide outsourced disaster recovery hosting services as specified in Section III of the solicitation. This includes ensuring data backup, recovery solutions, and continuity planning for state agencies. The contractor must comply with the IT planning and governance processes established by the Admin's DTO. The contract will cover various aspects of disaster recovery including infrastructure setup, maintenance, and support for all participating agencies listed in Attachment G.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is from March 15, 2026, to March 14, 2033. The initial term is five years with two optional one-year renewals, allowing for a maximum contract life of seven years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed statewide across South Carolina as required by the participating government agencies.
