Background
The State of South Carolina is issuing a solicitation for a Statewide Term Contract to acquire CrowdStrike cyber security services.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is from May 14, 2026, to May 13, 2031, with an initial term of one year and four optional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided statewide across South Carolina as needed by the Eligible Using Governmental Units.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must have a state vendor number to be eligible to submit an offer.
They must comply with all applicable provisions of The Drug-free Workplace Act and certify that they are not currently debarred or suspended from receiving contracts by any state or federal agency.
