Background
Coastal Carolina University is seeking to enhance its immersive medical training capabilities through the procurement of SimX virtual reality (VR) software licenses and support services.
The goal of this contract is to provide essential tools and support that will facilitate advanced medical training using virtual reality technology.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:
1. SimX Software License(s) - 2 licenses required, with pricing to be provided for a single year per license, which will be multiplied by 5 for the total potential award value.
2. Educational Service & Integration Support - 1 Essential Plan service required, with pricing for a single year to be multiplied by 5 for the total potential award value.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to span over 5 years, with annual renewals for the software licenses and support services.

Place of Performance
The services and products will be delivered to Coastal Carolina University, located in Conway, South Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders are required to complete and upload a Minority Participation questionnaire as part of their proposal submission.
Additionally, bidders must ensure compliance with all contractual requirements outlined in the solicitation document.
