RFI- Brain Health/ Practice Management

Background
The University of South Carolina School of Medicine is seeking information from companies with experience in practice and diagnostic facility management. This initiative is part of the USC Brain Health Network, a permanent, state-funded initiative aimed at ensuring statewide access to advanced cognitive care and community support throughout South Carolina.

The USC Brain Health Center will be located at 3555 Harden St. Extension, Columbia, SC 29201, and aims to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary care for individuals with neurological issues, cognitive complaints, and dementia.

Work Details
The proposed services include but are not limited to:
1. Advanced Imaging
2. Infusion
3. Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy (PT/OT)
4. Multidisciplinary Clinic
5. Data Storage and Information Technology Support
6. AI Integration
7. Co-Management of Facility.

The center will undergo renovations to create approximately 35,000 sq. ft. of usable space within a four-story medical office building, with construction expected to begin in late Summer 2024 and an anticipated opening date in January 2026.
