Request for Proposal for Medicaid Clinical Data Exchange (MCDE)

Background
The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) is seeking a technology solution to support the Medicaid Clinical Data Exchange (MCDE) for capturing admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) events from acute care facilities and publishing them to managed care organizations (MCOs) and SCDHHS.

Work Details
The technology solution should be capable of capturing ADT events from various acute care facilities such as hospitals, emergency departments, inpatient facilities, and psychiatric residential treatment facilities. The solution should also be able to publish the captured data to MCOs and SCDHHS.
