Background
The Red Bank Crossing Coroner's Office Relocation project is initiated by the County of Lexington, South Carolina. It aims to renovate an existing building to accommodate the Coroner's Office. The project is designed by Boomerang Design and involves significant modifications to an existing strip mall located at 1070 South Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29072.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Selective Demolition;
2. Concrete floor slabs;
3. Interior Architectural Millwork;
4. Steel doors and frames;
5. Interior Finishes;
6. Specialties;
7. Plumbing work;
8. Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) work;
9. Electrical work;
10. Fire Alarm System installation.

The project will be constructed under a general construction contract and is defined under the International Building Code as Type II-B with Business occupancy classification.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and must be fully completed by June 30, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
