Background
Richland County School District One (RCSD1) is seeking to implement a comprehensive, cloud-hosted, and vendor-managed Data Warehouse Solution. This initiative aims to centralize and streamline the collection, integration, and analysis of data across the K-12 environment. The goal is to procure a scalable and secure platform that supports data-driven decision-making to enhance student outcomes, instructional effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a turnkey Data Warehouse Solution that includes:
- Centralized data collection from all schools and departments within the K-12 environment.
- Integration of various data sources for comprehensive analysis.
- A user-friendly interface for ease of use and improved user experience.
- Implementation plan detailing the timeline from contract formation to installation and acceptance.
- Support services including maintenance for both hardware and software with defined response times.
- Training solutions for staff on the new system, including ongoing training plans beyond initial implementation.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence in FY 2025-2026 and continue through FY 2029-2030, with an initial term of one year and four additional one-year options to extend.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at Richland County School District One facilities located in Columbia, South Carolina.
