Print and deliver the Chanticleer student newspaper- TO

Background
Coastal Carolina University is seeking a contractor to print and deliver the Chanticleer student newspaper. The goal of this contract is to ensure the timely production and distribution of the student newspaper, which serves as a vital communication tool for the university community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for printing and delivering the Chanticleer student newspaper according to the following specifications:
1. Printing of the 16-tab issue: 14 different printings at a quantity of 1500 newspapers per lot.
2. Printing of a 20-tab issue if required.
3. Delivery on a biweekly schedule with specific dates:
- 08/15/24, 09/19/24, 10/03/24, 10/17/24, 10/31/24, 11/07/24, 11/21/24,
- 01/09/25, 01/30/25, 02/13/25, 02/27/25, 03/27/25, 04/10/25, and 04/24/25.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on August 15, 2024, and continue through April 24, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Coastal Carolina University with deliveries made to their campus location.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- The printing location must be within a 300-mile radius from Coastal Carolina University's campus.
- Bidders should provide references demonstrating experience in printing higher education student newspapers.
