Background
The University of South Carolina Lancaster is seeking to establish a contract for on-campus mobile coffee and beverage services. The goal is to provide high-quality coffee and related food services to students, faculty, and staff. The supplier must operate a food truck or mobile cart staffed by knowledgeable, trained, and certified employees.
Work Details
The contractor will provide a variety of prepared coffees, teas, hot chocolate, and other beverages not available in the campus bookstore or vending machines. Fresh pastries and prepackaged foods are allowed; however, alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

The supplier must be fully self-contained without access to indoor facilities or utilities unless explicitly approved by the University. Only quiet generators are permitted on campus. Pricing must be clearly posted at all times, and the supplier must comply with food safety regulations including SCDA permits and ServSafe certifications.

The contract is anticipated to start on August 18, 2026, and run until August 17, 2031, with an initial term of one year and four one-year options for renewal.
