Neuronavigation System

Background
The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking bids for a Neuronavigation System to enhance their capabilities in guiding coil positioning during Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) sessions. This procurement aligns with MUSC's mission to provide advanced medical services and research capabilities.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and delivery of one (1) Rogue Research Brainsight MR-based neuronavigation system or an approved equivalent. The system must meet the following specifications:

- Import MR scans in NIfTI and/or DICOM format.
- Register imported scans to anatomical landmarks using a handheld pointer or similar device.
- Register target stimulation locations, allowing specification by clicking on anatomical images or entering coordinates.
- Compatibility with major TMS systems, including MagVenture and Magstim, and include trackers, mounts, and calibration jigs for specific coils.
- Visualize TMS coil position and orientation.
- Receive TTL level digital inputs for recording trigger signals from the TMS system.
- Record at least two channels of EMG for MEP analysis.
- Record 3D coil coordinates for each digital trigger received as stimulation targets.
- Software must run locally on either Windows or MacOS without cloud dependency.

All items must be new, and technical support should be available within 24 business hours upon request.

Period of Performance
This is a one-time purchase with delivery required within sixty (60) days after receipt of the purchase order.

Place of Performance
Deliveries shall be made to Kathleen Mindick at the College of Health Professions Building C, 77 President Street Suite C319, Charleston, SC 29425.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a state vendor number to submit an offer. The offeror must demonstrate capability to perform contract requirements fully and reliably. Additionally, any product offered as an equivalent must include complete specifications with the bid submission.
