The City of Columbia is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Thickening Improvements project. The work will be performed at the Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1200 Simmon Tree Lane, Columbia, SC 29201.
