Mental Health Platform Vendor

Background
The College of Charleston’s Office of Student Wellness and Well-being is seeking a vendor for a mental health platform. The current platform provides various mental health and wellness resources to students, faculty, and staff, including self-directed materials such as videos, podcasts, articles, and assessments.

The goal is to either retain or replace the existing platform with a solution that better aligns with the college's growing needs and strategic goals.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a web-enabled mental health platform that includes:
- Self-directed materials (videos, podcasts, articles, assessments) supporting emotional and mental well-being.
- Services for five years, with one year of service being provided at a time (Year 1 through Year 5). Each year is considered a separate service line item.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five years, starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the College of Charleston.
