Indirect Cost Proposal Consulting

Background
The solicitation is issued by the College of Charleston for Indirect Cost Proposal Consulting. The goal of this contract is to obtain expert consulting services to assist in the preparation and submission of indirect cost proposals, which are essential for compliance with federal regulations and funding requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide consulting services specifically related to the preparation of indirect cost proposals. This includes reviewing existing cost structures, developing appropriate methodologies for calculating indirect costs, and ensuring that all proposals meet federal guidelines.

The service is to be delivered as a single lot (1 LO) as per the Scope of Work outlined in the attached documents under the Prerequisites tab.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and will continue until the completion of the consulting services. The closing date for proposals is set for May 5, 2026.

Place of Performance
The consulting services are expected to be performed primarily at the College of Charleston's facilities located in South Carolina. Companies not based in South Carolina must complete a Non-Resident Taxpayer Registration form.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must complete and submit the SC Non-Resident Taxpayer Registration Affidavit Form I-312 if they are not located in South Carolina. Additionally, bidders must provide references from at least three current customers who have received similar products or services.

If subcontracting is intended for more than 10% of the work, details regarding subcontractors must be provided.
