Background
Richland School District Two is seeking competitive proposals for Fixed Asset Control Inventory and Tracking Services. The goal of this contract is to acquire services that comply with the specifications and conditions outlined in the solicitation. The district aims to engage a qualified firm to provide fixed asset inventory services, ensuring accurate tracking and management of their assets.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive fixed asset inventory services, which include but are not limited to: conducting physical inventories of all district assets, maintaining an accurate database of assets, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and providing detailed reports on asset status and location.

The contractor must also ensure that all services meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract period shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the date specified in the Statement of Award or Intent to Award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Richland School District Two, Columbia, SC.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable provisions of The Drug-Free Workplace Act. Additionally, they must provide satisfactory evidence of their ability to furnish products or services as specified. Background checks are required for all personnel who will perform work on school property. Bidders must also demonstrate compliance with South Carolina laws regarding business operations.
