Background
Greenville County Property Management is seeking sealed proposals for annual exterior window cleaning services for the North and South Tower Buildings at Greenville County Square, located at 301 University Ridge, Greenville SC 29601.
The mission of the agency is to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. The goal of this contract is to secure a reliable vendor who can provide high-quality window cleaning services for these five-story buildings.
Work Details
The vendor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, machinery, apparatus, licenses, and labor necessary to perform the services. Specific requirements include:
- Thorough cleaning of all glass surfaces including removal of dirt, grime, and water spots. All glass must be streak-free with no film deposits or stains.
- Safety Data Sheets must be provided for all products used.
- The vendor must notify the County Representative upon completion for inspection and immediate corrective action if needed.
- All necessary equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and high-reach poles must be provided by the vendor.
- Vendor personnel must be identifiable by clothing with the vendor name or logo.
- The contract will be for one year with four possible annual renewals.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed on September 26, 2024, and will last for one year with options for four additional one-year renewals.
