In accordance with all requirements stated herein, it is the intent of the National Resource Center for The First-Year Experience and Students in Transition at the University of South Carolina to establish a service provider to provide technical services and/or products tailored specifically to manage conference and event processes, to support the submission and review of proposals, awards, and grants, act as a secure database for participant information, and serve as a marketing tool for the Center.
Background
The University of South Carolina, through its National Resource Center for The First-Year Experience and Students in Transition, aims to establish a contract for an Event Management and Marketing System. This initiative is intended to enhance the management of conference and event processes, including the submission and review of proposals, awards, and grants.

The system will also serve as a secure database for participant information and act as a marketing tool for the Center.

Work Details
The selected service provider will be required to deliver technical services and/or products that include:
1) Management of conference and event processes;
2) Support for the submission and review of proposals, awards, and grants;
3) A secure database for participant information;
4) Marketing tools tailored specifically for the Center's needs.

The contract is expected to cover all aspects necessary to fulfill these requirements effectively.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is from July 17, 2025, to July 16, 2030. The initial term will be three years with two one-year options to renew, resulting in a maximum contract term of five years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of South Carolina located at 1600 Hampton St, Suite 606, Columbia, SC 29208.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a USC User ID to submit an offer online. Registration as a Supplier in the university’s supplier database is required. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable provisions regarding debarment and other responsibility matters.
