Background
The City of Myrtle Beach is seeking to establish a contract for the renovation of the eMYRge office facility located at 513 Ninth Avenue North, Myrtle Beach, SC.
The purpose of this project is to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the office space to better serve the community's needs.

Work Details
The contract involves comprehensive renovation work at the eMYRge office facility.
Specific tasks may include but are not limited to: demolition of existing structures, installation of new walls, flooring, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and interior finishes.
Contractors are encouraged to review detailed specifications and drawings available from the City’s procurement office.
All work must comply with local building codes and regulations.

Period of Performance
The performance period for this contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 180 calendar days.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the eMYRge office facility located at 513 Ninth Avenue North, Myrtle Beach, SC.
