Background
The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is issuing this solicitation to procure construction surveying equipment, software, and associated accessories. The goal is to enhance the capabilities of SCDOT in conducting accurate and efficient construction surveys. This procurement is specifically for brand name products, ensuring that only specified items will be considered for the contract.

Work Details
The contract requires the vendor to furnish, deliver, install, and support the following items:
- Fifteen (15) new Carlson BRx7 GNSS receivers with smart antenna kits, poles, bipods, and tripods.
- Six (6) new Carlson RT4+ Geo Cell Tablets with SurvPC software, carrying cases, keyboards, and RT4 complete pole mounts.
All equipment must be new and meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Documentation for operational hardware and software must be provided in both printed and electronic formats. On-site training through a Certified Carlson Centric Dealer is also required.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is from May 12, 2026, to May 11, 2027.

Place of Performance
Deliveries and services will be provided to locations specified by SCDOT within South Carolina.
